Mccain is wayyyyyyyy to religious. Biden would have been the best candidate, great track record and the most experience in foreign policy.

Biden is my first choice. I've never seen him "flip flop" and the guy's actualy quite brilliant. A real thinker, in alot of ways he reminds of woodrow wilson, progressive, logical, honest and straightforward. Even those who don't like Biden, have to respect that when asked a question, actualy gives an answer;^]

Biden is a loquacious racist loud mouth...

"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man." <---- describing Obama

Very interesting.....

Today Joe Lieberman a respectable, moderate democrat endorsed a respectable moderate Republican, John McCain for president. It's the first time I can recall a Democrat with such a distinguished record ever putting an "official" stamp on a republican presidential candidate.

Ypu forgot about Hel Zimmer in 2004 when he went against his own party and endorse Bush.

That comment was misunderstood, he wasn't saying he's the first black person to look clean, he was saying that he's the first mainstream black candidate, and that he is articulate, which he is. Besides, I disagree heavily with Wilsons racial views yet his ideas overcame his own limitations. Considering Bidens support for action in Darfur, I don't see him doing anything policy wise against a race of people, and that's what's important. He's free to have whatever racial views he wants so long as it's not made into policy, which he seems not to have a history of doing. He's the most progressive, logical, experianced, straight talking of all the candidates. Vote Biden!!;^]

Funny, Biden actualy came up as #2, Gravel as #1. But typical of ABC, my best answers weren't listed, ABC is a big stinking pile of sensationilist poo. Again, just as Wilson was the right man to fix Tafts mess Biden is the right man to fix Bushs.

Funny how the Biden critics always go after some comments taken out of context, do they even listen to his stance on the issues? Guess not;^]

Yeah, Biden actualy gives answers to the questions unlike every other candidate besides Kucinich & Gravel, and they're consistant every time, not to mention logical and in a context everybody can understand. So again you resort to comments he made which were taken out of context, but no attack on his actual policies, has our sensationilist media gotten you that far from the actual issues? How about Bidens plan for Iraq? How about his stance on health care? His stance on immigration? His stance on when we should & shouldn't go into war? How about his stance on ending this Bush doctrine which gives a presidant authority over congress to declare war? Also, Bidens actions as the chair of the senate foreign relations commitee has been quite fruitful.

Yup, abc is a pile of crap, the same network which fired Bill Mahr for speaking the truth about the 9/11 attacks. C'mon man, don't play into the medias game of sensationism;^[

I hate what has happened over the years to our country, it is what it is, vote this guy he is a lesser of two evils...wtf is that shyt? Anybody can say this or that and get into office and flip flop and then blame congress or anything else to avoid the fact they backtracked, seen it happen with too many other big guns.

Not a big fan of "any" media source US dominated because of who really pulls the strings....They plug what they want the masses to hear and honestly the truth would terrify many.... but that is an option to choose knowledge or ignorance.....and they say ignorance is truly bliss....flowerforyou and for many that actually is a good thing....huh

I betcha the two on the ticket will be Hillary vs Giuliani.... look not at the issues, issues are trivial and meaningless...look at the backgrounds....where they come from.... that decides alot.... plus you have a woman making history VS the guy who saved the day for 9/11....Rudmeister did not have a chance on the same ticket winning the nomination against Hill, thus the switch....helloohwell

Sometimes Turtle taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture rather focusing on the minute details offers clarity and truth....

I won't debate issues or tackle what any politician stands for, politicians are a different breed and at this stage everybody is chiming in vote him, vote her, democraps and republicants.... let the commercials of bashing begin....indifferent

You believe in Biden, that is great Turtle, but he can't win against Hillary, he was never meant to....

Won't debate the issues, sorry but that sounds like a cop out, the whole point is to debate the issues. Biden is no lesser of evils, he's actualy very qualified for the job at hand and if you actualy took some time to listen to the man instead of counting him out first for being a "politician" you'd probably find as I did, that he's got the right outlook on pretty much all the issues. Yeah, because voting for the one you think "will win" is always the right way to vote. As it says in the Rage Against The Machine song "if ignorance is bliss then knock the smile off my face", I choose to keep myself informed and educated. Oh well, have fun, I'm off to see my doc;^]

yokoke,

It might surprise you
to know that Rupert Murdoch,
the global media tycoon
who owns Fox News, the
propaganda arm of the
Bush Jr. administration
donated to Hillary Clinton's
campaign.

Politics makes strange bedfellows, indeed.

Ron Paul sure sounds like the right man to me voting against the war and standing up for our Constitution like he does. And in favor of keeping our guns too.

Sometimes it looks like there is lots of hope for America, Some have said that the snake is eating his own tail. Also tonight there is an interesting report out on whatdoesitmean.com (white house attack leaves Cheny's office in flames) It is a totally different report than the one I just heard on one of those non news channels. I think the big guys are fighting among themselves. What do you suppose ? Are they making room for Ron Paul, then America will get better?

No, smo.

More like weasels
chasing each other's
tails.

A bunch of rhetoric
from both parties.

Man, I can't believe
the Christmas messages
put out by Rudy and Hillary.

If those candidates aren't
made of plastic I don't
know who is.

Barack Obama had a great
Christmas message and so
did Mike Huckabee.

Man I must be getting soft.

I'm actually starting to
like Mike Huckabee.

Maybe because he's seems
more genuine than Romney
and the others.

Maybe all Republicans
aren't evil.

That is just too weird.

I think Bill Kristol
has finally lost his mind.

Howland....I think his record speaks just the opposite ( I think his being the democrats choice for vice president is proof enough) The only "conservative" view I think he has held, is his support for the Iraq war. It's a shame the the Dem party abandons anyone who may differ or does not pull the party line on any one given subject. But it certainly doesn't surprise melaugh laugh laugh
