Talking to people is just getting to know them, I guess that makes me pretty flaky, I talk to alot of people, and flirt, but it's all in good fun, if it starts getting serious like ...wow we may actually meet, or wow, I am really sharing personal things in my life, then I take a good hard look as to what is best for ME.

Women can be strange like that, although you must not let it get to you. There are billions of women out there and many that would be interested in you. I met a girl who seemed very interested and turned around and flat out dropped me. Why? Because I was going through a hard time and couldn't focus on the positive at the time. Needless to say, I learned a lot since then. I removed her from my (website page that I will not say) and every now and then she will send me a message, but I just show her I don't care. It seems like it makes her more attracted to me or something, but I don't give in. Anyways, you don't want that. Good thing she said that now than to lead you on for years or even possible marriage before she said that. Just look at it that way.

People do not realize that a serious relationship is literally one step before marriage. Therefore just being single and dating or hanging out with members of the opposite sex is ok. Who says you can't hug as friends? Who says you can't kiss? Do all that and get it out of your system before you put yourself in a bet for a lifetime.

A day of chatting is not really leading a person on. That is really just a short time for feeling a person out. Now, if you two were talking for a month or two AND she didn't like the idea of you talking to anyone else while talking to her, that would be leading you on. It takes time to make a real connection. Longer online than in person. It never happens overnight. Okay, maybe almost never.
