Too much negative stuff like IF YOU ARE XYZ BLABLA.
Capitals is rude.
And all the 'do nots' are very off-putting
You can easily rephrase that in a more positive way and still make clear what you do -and thus don't- want.

Get a photo with a smile if you can. No point in a lot of photos when you look grumpy in all of them.

For someone who's looking for a woman outside of his relationship for FWB, not another love relationship as he doesn't want to leave his wife, what's wrong with that? It's honest and clear what he's looking for and I don't feel it's excessive.
Also great he has the guts to be open upfront about ED issues, which I'd like to know for sure if I was going for a guy for FWB. It would create very uncomfortable moments if it first became clear in the moment supreme.

I suppose he will be judged by the uptake of his offer ,or get his wishes dashed by failure
