What does anyone think about all the ppl that have gone missing in National State Parks in clusters all over the USA and Canada...David Pallides, a retired Police Officer started doing a search after talking directly to a Park Employee that told him about the numbers of missing ppl.
David has now written 4 or 5 books and has a YouTube Movie that is called Missing 411, The Hunted..
There are several theories but as of yet, none have been proven.

The great outdoors can be dangerous and accidents do happen. You have bears and other dangerous animals in America. Some people might want to disappear and unfortunately, you can't rule out human predators looking out for potential victims.

The movie 'Deliverance' springs to mind, "can you squeal like a pig".
Plenty of hungry creatures can hide in big parks. Alien abductions ?

Plenty of ill prepared stupid people to get lost, and dehydrate, and break bones, and fall while doing selfies, and find snakes, and eat poison berries, and disturb drug traffickers, and fall into mines, and drown, and so on.

human trafficking has been a terrible factor ...


sure some might want to get off the grid ...


others could be murdered ...

some kidnapped but not for money ... like child molesters ...


other could have been killed in the wilderness ...


I could go on and on ... this world is not safe as much as we would like to think ... that said becouse I am older now ... and have seen to much evil or bad ...


even the internet has played a role now ... where people don't have anyone that care about them ... all kinds of terrible things could happen ...

David Pallides books are only focused on strange disappearances in national parks. Take a look at any state, or national data base of missing people. You dont have to be out in the woods, people vanish from just about anywhere all the time.

With the tens of thousands, of unprepared morons
who wander off into the wilderness. It's reasonable
to expect a small percentage lack the awareness to
realize just how far off they've gone, and just how
precarious a situation they've put themselves in.
