I wish there were a mingle2 rule about how many threads one person could start. Is there? Yes, I understand freedom of speech and if they aren't breaking any other rules... Politics is a touchy subject and if they're going to post propaganda, they should post their sources so we can debate it. It's the future of our country, I take this seriously.

Thinking citing your source is one of the rules for the political threads, so simply reporting the thread for lack of citations when asked for one, is grounds for removal of that thread?? Or maybe I'm mistaken???

I think that's true. Idk how mods could possibly keep up with it all. Some of those threads are full of false narrative... Then there's fox news spreading their own entertainment opinions as news. and bullying if you don't agree, just agree to disagree. We're probably not going to change each others mind at this point.

Dunno, if someones opens a discussion about a political subject, does it always need sources? For me, not offending others, or not going into political extremism, is much more important.

Thinking... I have seen some OP's with links, I like that. Apparently not though as I see some without links. Opinion is one thing, stating as fact is another. Also...Sprinkled throughout the threads are random comments, stated as facts with no links. When one person starts a lot of threads, it's making the forum lopsided with their views. I suppose it cant be helped as others need to start their own threads if we don't like it. Freedom of speech is hard to control.
