I'm a pretty good cook, Best wat is don't have too much moisture in the filling. Grease and flour the tin, and cover the top of the pie with tin foil or a baking tray on a shelf, for about 15 minutes to allow the bottom to start cooking first. |

This is certainly the funniest topic in a long while. But what could one expect with 'soggy bottoms' for a title, haha.
I like Steve's tip!!! And Delightfull's oven thingie. The best oven ever was from a gas furnace. Even heat throughout. Never had an electric oven that could come close. I would like to know how these porcelain beads worked out? They were for the oven right? Not the soggy bottom? |
