Can someone assist me here?

I've had several exchanges with "Contact Us" over the last few weeks on the above subject. The result of these exchanges have been:
a) "Could you put your question another way; we've not understood it."
b) "We can find nothing wrong."
c) "Congratulations; we confirm that you are not a scammer". I've had 3 of these

My issue is: If I select My Profile, my main picture appears, but none of my others do, UNLESS I select 'edit photo'; then they all appear!

If I select 'search', for any country - after checking "advanced settings" (or not doing so) - ALL profiles appear without photos, (whether I tick "only profiles with photos", or not): so no photos appear.

If I respond to 'Who Viewed Me' no photos appear.

However, if I select 'Matches', the profile photos APPEAR!

My Google settings haven't changed; neither has my pc.

how many are you supposed to have?

Correct. 8 photos.

I have checked everything again. I have no present possibility of seeing photos except where mentioned.

This, plus a number of "congratulations, you are not a spammer", makes me wonder if I'm somehow being blocked.

mine got deleted cause thye said it doesnt show my face, it shows nothing but my face

I use a few different devices and the "Report profile" link would sometimes show and sometimes it would not. I thought it was a website quirk, but an admin said that I had an adblocker turned on. Yes, a couple of devices had different settings.

So I can't swear this would fix the problem, but check to see if you have some kind of ad blocker or website protection turned on. You don't have to turn it off, you can go into settings and tell it which sites you visit regularly and are safe, and turn it off for those sites. See if that has any effect on what displays.

I switched adblock off, but nothing changed.

The problem is that as they can't "do a quick fix" but they thank me for bringing it to their attention, I have to understand that for an unknown period, I won't be able to see ANY profile photos !!

Yet, if I do 'matches' I get all the profile photos !!!

Any more ideas?

For what it's worth, I could see all 8 photos.



to get around this I wear a cap
girls seem to love caps. - unfortunately all in their 20s (sigh)
