klc raises a good point. considering the topics you've raised in the past, do you feel you have enough in common with her to have a good relationship?

No offense, but as a talker, myself, I no longer will date men who don't talk. Sadly, relationships where one talks and the other doesn't, generally won't go far.

i know it is a turn off. I have always been quiet and I do try to talk more.

It is not.

Do you answer questions kind of talk,
or ignore people when they speak to you?

I bet youre fine and dandy and a peaceful person.

I usually am more comfortable when people ask me questions

you're going to hate this...but this girl was telling me that one thing that they do while flirting is saying, "tell me a story"

kinda puts u on the spot, huh?

i told a story when she first did that to me (we were already in bed tho  ) but the next time she asked me i automatically started telling the SAME story from before... oops

you'll find that, in regular social settings where friends are hanging out, people will be telling each other stories all the time. if you don't already do this, prepare yourself with stories from your life!

And geektothetenth, you were referring specifically to my advice on multiple threading, but I posted my article to stevenpwis for the second part: basically to break apart whatever she says and branch those elements off into their own new conversation topics. He can also do this to any sentence HE happens to say, therefore he'll always have something to talk about.
