A lot of men like younger woman because they are intimidated by woman thier own age ..

i can think of a lot of reasons but it's probably
very rarely intimidation in my opinion.

I prefer women older than me(in their 40s &50s), because they are nicer and easier to get along with. Theres usually a lot less drama too. But I like gals my age and younger too. Im just generalizing.

Well, me I like older men because they teach me things I never knew about relationships and other things...younger boys are new and non experienced and now days they don't know how to treat women.

age is just a number, People are at different levels of maturity at different ages. I have known women at 40 who try to act 12, and 20 year olds that act 50. it is all about a persons maturity level. There is one hot 41 year old on here I would love to......meet

My husband was 23 years older than me. Age is just a number. That is why I am a member of the cougar club.

My last girlfriend was 12 years older than me. We stayed together for over 7 years and at one time were deeply in love. She had a drinking problem and hurt me greatly. I tried to help but there was nothing I could do. That was three years ago.

I returned to college and the most mature woman I have ever met is only 22 years old. (BTW, we probably both know a lot of older men that will never reach maturity. Know what I mean?) So does age really matter?

I have a 22 year old friend works 200 miles away and commutes down to college for 3 days a week. She is Hispanic and here on a scholarship. She is graduating this year and has been offered several fellowships for the state. I am so freaking proud of her! Another friend of mine came out here from Missouri to study. She works almost every night supporting herself. I thought she was at least 28 but she is turning 23 at the end of this month. Another young woman I know goes to Africa each summer and studies tribal music.

Tantra, go ahead and throw stones at older men but please stop the unintentional discrediting of younger women at the beginning of their adult lives. My friends are not children how insulting.

I am 33 and hang with a young crowd ten to fifteen years younger than myself now (consisting primarily of women who are platonic friends). I don't date based upon age but upon interests. Still I am very hesitant to date an older woman given my last relationship. My friends have little free time between work and school so here I am.

This same statement goes out to the guy who started this thread. Age doesn't matter, people do. No offense but making age a main criterion is asinine.

well it is just a numb but still it deppends if the girl is 15 and the guy is 30 that its not love.....

My sister left home when she was 15 years old. She was used by someone but I didn't press her for details. Based off of her experiences I'd say you're right.

i'd feel weird dating an 18 y/o, and i'm only 25 (in 16 days). it's really about the maturity level for me, so i'd prefer at least 20 or 21 y/o, but 28 or 29 would be cool too.

Personally I like older guys, I've never dated a guy my age.
