I have to say that men who need to date women half their age are really looking for daughters and are in mid life crisis. I'd never even consider dating a man in his 20's myself. That's just nasty. But, of course, to each their own.

After not having luck with a man who is 4 years younger than I am (and I'm 46), I would never consider more than 4 years younger. Older, not more than 10 years, even though one of the best I ever dated was 11 years older than me...that was a long time ago, ancient history. But it's sad that men in their 50's (at least it seems like these days) don't think women in their 40's are even alive. What's with that?

Really i think a lot of men find youth to be attractive and seductive even as they age. It can be quite frusterating to be my age and be left in the dust for super young girls , when i think over the last ten or so years i've become more of a strong and complete being.
Youth is always seductive and tempting for some men even as they age , i guess it's all relative though ~ it was seniors day at work today and they look at me like i'm pretty and young and hit on me.

I like your attitude on this subject. I kind of enjoy younger women. But, they have to be women not little girls. I do need some inteligent conversation and not babble.
I agree with the person that states older women like to be controlling. Personally, I like women who speak there minds, tell the truth and are just plain pleasant.

I like women...

That does not mean I take them all home. It depends on the person, the chemistry. But.. the last time I dated someone in their early twenties, I was in my early twenties.

I prefer someone who I can relate to. The odds are.. I'm going to find that to be more common in my contemporaries. However.. I have occasionally found folks both 20 years +/- that I had common ground with. So.. no I don't have a preconceived idea, plan, mission of what someone is, how old, hair color, body type..etc.. Part of the adventure of life is the mystery.
