I don't believe anyone truly insulted you. You're the one throwing around the name dumba$$. I know quite a few people in Bend. I don't live far from there. Maybe 80% of the folks you know do drugs... The percentage of people doing drugs that I know there? Is substantially lower then that. |

I am from North. Not defending anybody, but I have been a emergency management director for my town for many years. Nobody had ever seen a disaster of that scope before. Just in good debate, what should he have done. Let me start by saying that your leadership really started the screw ups by not following protocol that was already set in place. Nagen absolutley blew it down there. And that is a documented fact. I do feel your frustration trust me. Not looking for fight, just wondering what your view on the whole thing is. It sucks because we live in a capitalistic country and any one that makes less than 50k gets stepped on like a bug. However in the end the wicked will perish and the righteous will prevail. |

"That's what happens when you elect a rich man to the presidency."?? How many poor men have we elected to the presidency?? John Kennedy came from one of the richest families on the east coast. Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton were poor when they grew up. Things were SOOOO much better when we elected a piss-poor peanut farmer and a hick from Arkansas.... That was my point exactly, and yes he did have the power to freeze price, the war time act permits it. besides The Us has plenty of fuel to get us by even if this war lasted another 100 years. |

Just because 80% of central Oregon does drugs doesn't mean I do, and I was not insulting any one. You can take it how you want, however you should know that petty stuff like that does not bother me. If it makes you feel better go ahead and keep on posting, I don't mind. Now if any one wants to talk about Central Oregon weather or not they live here, then go ahead and say What you would like.

George Bush could have frozen gas prices when the war first started: The question would be why did he not do it? the answer is because he couldn't capitalize on it if he did. the rich (George Bush) just use the war as an excuse to raise gas prices up to get richer at our expense. that is what happens when you elect a rich man to run our country. they step on all of us to get to the top just like they do when running a business.

my brain is my calculater. I do agree most people can not do math. I have employed many people that I had to educate in math because our teachers who say they don't get paid enough did not teach them.

the only reason peaple find inconsistancies in the bible is because the missinterpriat what they read, usually caused from reading out of context. how ever study the bibble lon enough and it will all come together, but you have to study the whole bible not just bits and pieces because if you don't it is only because you don't want to prove what deep in your heart you know is true.
