While he may not have more concern over the economy from your perspective, he certainly has increased the economic growth.

While no POTUS in recent times as advocated for open borders, some have done little to further secure the border and remove illegals. They didn't seem to think that had any priority over other things in government.

You might add in reduced regulatory burden, accelerated economic growth, Supreme Court Justices, stronger military, reduced tension with North Korea, challenging China on trade and intellectual property rights, new Mexico & Canada trade deal, and more. Yes, I think he has accomplished a couple things in the last couple years. Might even be more to come in the next 2 years!

That also does not make him an exception to other POTUSes, most of whom had quarters in which the 'economy grew'.

And I agree that illegals are not a priority, considering their number have been on the decline ALREADY. while other actual problems in this country are escalating.

some think these are advantages, I think most are soundbytes with no data backing them up and others are actually standard for most POTUSes.

And though it is nice to finally get off of the one trick pony of illegal immigration to see other issues mentioned, it is still not alot of anything but unsbustantiated soundbytes from my perspective.

Accelerated economic growth? By what standard? He has, after all, had only one full FY under his belt. And that had less than half a percent more than Obama's best year.

Supreme court justices? What does that mean? Nominating supreme court justices is not an accomplishment. its part of being POTUS.

Stronger military? again, based upon WHAT?

I dont want to go down the list. Because truth is every POTUS 'accomplishes' something by nature of how long they serve and how many positive things can happen, no matter how small or big, in the country during that time for which supporters and others may credit them. I can admit Obama has an EXTREMELY long list of such accomplishments as well that also include things that are really pretty standard for ANY POTUS.

My point is Most, you seem to be one exception, supporters can only obsess over illegal immigration as their reason for praising the POTUS and supporting him.

Its kind of like the civil war all over, but without the war ...lol. The southern states were like, "Why should northerners be able to ILLEGALLY keep our property from us when it escapes? That property is LEGALLY ours, and not returning it is ILLEGAL. we just want people to do whats LEGAL. and its a travesty for our country to not do more about this 'threat'."

I dont think AOC has any more experience than the current POTUS. and I dont agree that should be a learn on the job position. I am also pretty sure she is not constitutionally old enough yet. I would not support her as POTUS anymore than I could Trump. And I am registered as Democrat.

Harris, on the other hand, hearing her with my own ears, I could with further research possibly support. Though not set in stone.
