When viewing a profile male or female, what things would make you think twice when looking for a potential partner/relationship or friend?

Here are one or two of my put offs ~

1. They show the top half of their body, naked.
2. They are laying on a bed or couch in a seductive way
3. They are holding an alcoholic drink or cigarette in their hand or are surrounded by
alcohol.
4. Misspelt words.
5. They are clearly lying about their age.
6. They are 30 years your junior and their starting line is "Hey Babe"?

Do you have any pet peeves?

what he just said ! is everything I don't like because if your building an account when you are lonely and really desperate to the last resort of online dating, then why not take some time on it to really make it all that it can be ! I have been guilty of slapping a pic up there and only attracting eye catchers , when potentially their is someone who is across the street or the state or the world that you 2 would be a match made in heaven so yeah! don't be lazy or skimpy with your words or writing or desires so communicate well so you both have your needs fulfilled .

Firstly this is a dating site, not a sex show, which wastes peoples time here; we all know what a male and female body looks like. Join a site that's directed solely to sex.

A lack in description, no photo, the rest of what you said does not bother me.

I’m seeking a lot of senseless things like a man in central Alabama whose profile says if you don’t really live in Georgia, don’t bother. The curiosity only lasted a second.

I’m guessing that or they’re not sure where they live.

I wrote seeking instead or seeing. I’m certainly not! laugh

Women who just have a list of demands without any information about what they are bringing to the table. Very common.

Using text speak.

No profile info at all.

Photos contradict what is written in profile EG "No Hook ups!" posts of photo of themselves in lingerie.

Since I started on here all I get is e-mails from people that are to young, far away, no pictures & sometimes have no real grasp of English. I was raised there so I know it pretty well. I also see lots of pictures of "ladies" showing off there bodies. Thats the last thing I want, there is way more to life than that. If you have to do that to get attention then you are not someone I would want to be with. So many also quite clearly are not telling the truth about there age.
Typically I report them & then block them, so sad that people will do that!!!

Filters on pictures!
Face obstructed in pictures
Not filling it out
I'm sure I can speak for most lesbians when I say that we don't want to see cis males in our searchee/matches!

For me its people with no photos. sneaky bastards, certainly hiding something. Not to be trusted.

I respectfully disagree.

Some people don't post pics for many reasons. I actually read their bio in order to see if we have anything in common and then exchange phots after words because a photo doesn't tell you anything accept physical attraction.

I am here for the forums.

That's basically me as well at first. I really am not much of a poster type but I actually started reading the forums and just decided to stick around and started interacting.

people who mention scammers / liars on profile description does my head in.

Women from Philippines seem to think everyone is a scammer.

I disagree because I just like everyone else that has encountered people who are indeed these types of people aren't worth your time and need to be told upfront that I see through your game. I remember one time somebody tried that stuff on some women I was talking to and she hunted him down and nailed him good. The short version of the story is that the person was caught with like 50 different identities and turned into the feds.
