What I can't BBQ/Grill might be a better question, I have gotten funny looks mentioning BBQed trout.

Can you Bar-B-Q ? What ? Can is a question of ability, yes, I am able to BBQ What I BBQ is a HUGE list of stuff? There is BBQ and then there is Grilling. I do both. |

Yes as Tx said keeps your house from getting hot in the summer. And I can cook many things whatever I want at the time.

Lol simple lars BBQ useually is cooked on s fire with a sauce. Grilling is just cooked on a fire no sauce. Examples. Ribs are BBQ Hot dogs are grilled. And before anybody asks. Imo pizza in a pit are grilled. Lol. |

But Notpay explained it well and different places use different sauces ... which I really appreciate. But I distinguish by the method of cooking, eg oven, steaming, over an open fire, etc. |

Been a while but was really into low n slow, ie smoking.
I grill once in a while now, not as often as I did before. I enjoy grilling but it is what it is. |
