the weather is so nice a whopping 46
with a high of 56 and low of 34

we haven't had a frost yet
here in the valley...

it's wonderful to have such
gorgeous autumn weather again
especially being a bicyclist
after being in such frigid temps,
up north just 10 days ago


and there are still vibrant reds
and golden yellow leaves on some of the trees..
it's still very beautiful
the remains of indian summer
the sun is so bright and pretty warm ...

and i am getting heated up drinking coffee ,
going out to ride the bike
and get some cardiovascular exercise
that is so important for anyone,
and for all the pollution
i have to breathe in this city
plus i like to keep toned...

i need to run errands
& hopefully then to the river...
