For those of you who have read about, sent prayers, and good thoughts to my little 13 year old cousin, Brittany, the news just came in. She has rejected the bone marrow and they are turning the machines off tomorrow at 8 am.

Please pray for her that she only knows peace and no pain.

Brittany has been foughting Lukemia since June. I can only image how tired her little body must be. She put up a good fight.

prayers that you and all ur family may feel at peace that she no longer has to suffer through this terrible illness, as hard as it is to lose her physically remember she is always with you in your hearts, she will always dance in the leaves when the wind blows, and when you are sad and it starts to rain remember its her tears washing away ur pain

Why..Sometimes I ask why does God take Innocent Children in such a Way..... May the Child know Peace and Good health in the Next Life.....

Lissa, hun, I know that God will not cause her any more pain and that she will be at peace. I only hope you and your family can someday find comfort and happiness in your memories of her. i had a aunt that died from lukemia and left 3kids behind her youngest was about 2yrs old at the time..... your prayers for your cousin are within the family

I am so So Sorry! It breaks my heart to hear this news! AS a parent I can only hope that you and your family believe in the Lord and know she will be in a much better place. I know as do you I am sure that shes in the best place of all and that you should not be crying that shes gone there but rather that she left you here!
Its never easy to let someone you love go and to be so innocent and young makes it even harder but keep your faith and never let her be forgotten. talk about her and remember all your good time!
