A girl i work with is dating a guy who after a month has NEVER even told her where or taken her where he lives, he says he is ashamed, I am not sure what to tell her,
she is ready to break up with him because he told her they can "drive by" if she wants, lol |

Ashamed? it sounds like he is either seeing another girl or is married. Tell her she needs to break it off until he takes her to his house.

I've had that happen to me. Maybe he's a SLOB!!!!

Or...he can truly be ashamed of what his home looks like. Maybe he thinks that his status of material things is in no comparison to what someone else could/would offer her and is afraid of losing a good woman to that. Just a thought.

I had that happen to me too...turns out the reason was because he had his pregnant gf at home.. yeah..he was a jerk lol.

Taking her there is one thing but not telling her is another. 1. He's afraid she is going to stalk him if it doesn't work out or
2. He has something to hide. |

I can appreciate anyone who wants to try and look at the 'bright side' but the reality is that he has something to hide and if he cannot be up front and honest then the relationship has no trust and cannot progress.
If he lives at home with his parents for one reason or another, come clean. If he's afraid of losing her because he lives in a place that's not all that great and he doesn't have all the material things in life he thinks that she might be shallow and not really like him for him. I'm in agreement that he's got a wife or GF. |

she also says he spends all his weekends with her, what kind of girlfriend allows that?/ lol young love

Anything is possible. Maybe he's a slob, lives in a dive, has no furniture, has a g/f living there or is doing a reno. It is odd that he wouldn't tell her or invite her over. Has he hinted that one day she can come over or why he's ashamed of where he lives? I don't see this as a reason to split.
I haven't had many visitors in the last year because I've been renovating but everyone is welcome to come over and see the mess. Just wear your steel toed boots! |

she also says he spends all his weekends with her, what kind of girlfriend allows that?/ lol young love One that goes to school all week and works on the weekends or thinks he's with the guys like I did. One month isn't enough time to tell but her best bet is to simply ask and see what his reaction is. |

she confronted him last night and he said he did not know it was so importnat to her, where he lives lol

whatever the reason
the guy has issues if he's a slob, he could use the old standby 'the maid hasn't come yet this week' always gets a shrug outta me |
|

That would be when I told him that his location on the curb is no longer vacant.

dump dump dump. if after a month he's keepin secrets dump dump dump
|

He's married. People who don't play games...don't pull that kind of garbage. That's a big red flag right there.

AMEN!!

It's sad that so many would end something because of this without knowing any other particulars. I guess for some it's just that easy.
