Like I've said before, I pulled myself up out of poverty by buying property. It was extra work but it was something anybody could have done.

Beans have just as much protein as steak.

I just got a job. This $40 thanksgiving day sale phone is my only internet access.

My best friend at 20 years old was black. While I was focused on paying off a mortgage. He was living a life of nice restaurants, etc. It gave me an advantage that existed through out my life. That's where better choices come in.

ALSO FALSE

Essential amino acids
Your body can not produce these amino acids. You have to supply them to your body by eating protein rich foods. There are 9 essential amino acids: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.
Animal sources of protein like red meat, chicken, eggs, fish and milk products contain all essential amino acids in high concentrations. They are often called complete sources of protein.

Non animal sources of protein are typically low in some of the essential amino acids. That’s the case with beans as well. Although they are a good source of protein they are low in certain amino acids compared to meat. That’s why they’re often called incomplete sources of proteins.

Vegetarians don't die so that diet would be fine. It's better than the pudding cups, chips , and frozen pizzas you see mom's buying with food CARDS.

newsflash, but vegetarians also eat chips and pizzas ...lol

these things are treats that are not so expensive as to be some ill gained or undeserved luxury ...lol

The point of welfare is to temporarily get people by. Not a lifetime. If someone is treating themselves then they have been on welfare too long and not focused on getting off it.

The conversation was about nutrician. Chips have no nutritional value. I didn't get any when my dad had his heart attack and we were struggling. Our consern was surviving. My dad had finished his shift after having a heart attack. We got pretty good social security benefits after 6 months.

Since then welfare is being added to and programs that people pay into are being cut. It's a shame how we treat the working class and reward the dead ***.

if someone is treating themselves to the tune of a couple bucks, they have remained HUMAN and can still 'get off' welfare in the same amount of time.

Vegetarians also eat things with no nutritional value. its called a treat. It is a shame how we treat the working class, and everyone else who is valued only by their financial status or what they have done for someone else's.

It's not about value. It's about supporting yourself and budgeting what you make. People who pay taxes budget. I've seen welfare people living better than working. Others have also. That's why we need to go back to the basics. It encourages them to go to work. As it is they just enjoy the treats provided them.
