What does "naughty animals/vegetables" mean? Organic fertilizer is good I thought? animal stools, animal debris (such as nails, bones, skin, etc.), ie, rotten vegetables, vegetables that will not be consumed. these are operated in the facilities. then produce biogas, electricity, organic compost fertilizer There is fermentation for 30-50 days. These are very special facilities. very expensive facilities. There are very few in Europe. a german company is building the plant here. /// ie the first product is biogas / eletirik, the second crop (ie waste) is an organic fertilizer (ie compost). ie everything is product. and there is no waste. compost is an expensive fertilizer. they want a quick license for all of them

"Is getting a quick license what is stressful?" They tell us to let them quickly. because there are very severe conditions for the license. and they can not fulfill these conditions
