I know Stu.. Hopefully you can think about other things and maybe that will lessen it some. I do know now how difficult that is with what I experienced with my hands. Not easy to think about other things when you're in so much pain...

Oh... Mikey told me about BioFreeze, I got some and holy cow.. it works so much better than those heat kind of ointments.

I don't know if I can think of much that will stop this. The left side was never this bad. I'm getting to the emotional point, I'm no good to mom like this, not much good for anyone or anything. Well have a good cry and then try to let it go. The more you focus on that and let those emotions occupy your mind the bigger it becomes and that leads to those feelings of despair and being totally overwhelmed and consumed with what's wrong instead of what's working. You know I'm right and have been in the exact place when it comes to emotions, so I know what I'm talking about.  |

Gawd, loads of nurses here
 I am on Lyrica for two years now, sciatica in the back. And going to the physio once a month for a deep tissue massage. But wintergreen is an old remedy, my late granny recommended it

I googled it... it amazes me how they prescribe things that help one problem but can create so many other problems including fatal ones. Have you read the side effects and warnings? This is something you do not want to over use... Use only as prescribe... Please!
