Yes, I've tried just about all of them.. Even numerous anti-inflammatorirs haven't Helped. Live with it and try to push through the pain and try to keep active. I love everything about outdoors and used to hike miles, ride horses in endurance races, etc.. But that's just a thing of the past. You can’t give up the search. Different thing work better for different people. I was reading an article in a magazine at the Doctors office the other day that showed huge antiflamitory results with drinking green juices daily. Do you hate veggie juices?

I like spicy v8 with beer...
Weight gain isn't much of a problem.. I've lost about 20# or so in muscle mass.. |

A beer snob is more common. I’m no beer critic as I rarely drink it and know nothing. But I know people who are very serious about their Lagers and Ales and whatnot. 
Stu is a music snob and I am a clean snob. Throw Pmoon and her delectable concoctions in and we have the makings of a great establishment together.

PBR, Oldmil, land shark, corona, gerst, gennesse are all favorites. You should try the spicy v8 with miller.. It's like a bloody Mary with a kick.. great for hangovers. I like my wines too, don't like the dry ones though. I'm a bit of a clean snob too. Can't stand clutter... momma said I've always been a clean freak..

i'm only a sideline beer snob. i usually cuss beers that have more than the 4 required ingredients.
i don't really remember much about the different styles of beer even though there was a time i brewed my own; that's almost as annoying as wine snobbery. i just know what i like, and the difference between real and swill. have a good'n shy

That was awesome.. It was just me and the guide, with me in front, lol My horse, Zipper, had a mind of her own and at one point she almost sat me down in the trees She wanted to take a different trail and I made her turn around, she didn't like that, lol.
