When a scammer profile is reported, why doesn't this site delete that profile asap?

Admin gets over 200 reports a day for Scammers/Fakes every day...
MODS DO NOT HANDLE THOSE REPORTS ONLY UPPER ADMIN!! If you have a question for concerning this issue you will need to contact support https://mingle2.com/welcome/contact_us Plus just because someone thinks someone is a Scammer/Fake if their is not enough proof they will not just Delete a profile over what someone else says.. Many times I have seen scammers report those that reported them.. But as I said unless there is enough proof the profile will stay.. Forum Admin Kristi |

That has nothing to do with why some of the profiles did not get deleted it is a example, why they do not delete profiles just cause someone else says they are a scammer.
If that member just signed up and has only contacted a few people there is not enough to determine that they are a scammer.. Fake pics do not determine them a scammer they get deleted and warned for those if they have proof they are fake.. Many even in the forums put up pics that are not theirs yet it does not determine they are fake or trying to scam someone.. If a member goes off site and gets scammed still the site can not use that to determine due to it happened off site so the profile may stay.. There are many reasons why a profile may stay... |

You can not find out who reported who, Admin/Mods do not give out those Details.. What I said was that it has been known for scammers to report members that report them..In no way did I give out names it was a example that many that get reported as a scammer/fake are not, or can not be determined that they are at times. Not always so easy to determine if they have only just signed up regardless what picture they post.. |
