Philadelpia. First time ever. I'm not a Tom Hanks fan, hihi.
But it was good, although I doubt I'll ever watch it again. Not that type of movie, plus I really don't like it if I'm bawling my eyes out when a movie ends. One thing I didn't like was the extended part with Maria Callas. Goodness gracious! I cannot get how anyone can listen to that out of free will, hihi. |

I started to watch John Wick 3 but it seems one of those pointless movies with fighting scenes that are totally unbelievable and make me want to doze off. I don't think I will watch the rest of it.

Adrift
Based on a true story, a great movie! Drama/thriller/romance. Very touching. |

I haven't seen a movie in a long time.
The last one I saw in a movie theater was "The Mule" with Clint Eastwood. The movie was only ok, but I Love Clint Eastwood! I always have, gotta admire the guy, I think he is in his late 80's. I also saw, on pay-per-view, a movie with Nicole Kidman as a mother and Russel Crowe as a father to a young teenage boy, who is gay, but grows up in a very strict Baptist type family in the American South. It takes place, maybe in the 50's, I think, but can't remember. His Father is a Preacher. When he either confesses to or gets caught being gay, his parents send him to this really horrible religious place, where they try to brain-wash being gay out of you. Don't want to give too much away, but I thought it was pretty good, a little disturbing. It is based on a true story. It had an important message. |

Collateral Beauty
My goodness, what a brilliant movie! I didn't think much of it when I read the short description until I saw Will Smith, Helen Mirren, Naomie Harris talk about it in an interview. Am I glad I watched it, even though my eyes teared up and I bawled my eyes out at the ending. Superb cast. I mean Helen Mirren alone is stunning. Well worth your time watching this movie. |

Owww... Pet Sematary! I'd not noticed that got released in April. I might watch that, but not tonight anymore. Too much of a chicken to watch creepy movies at night, haha.

It's not to scary but was nothing like the first I watched it on Showbox the other day. Not a friend of remakes, but it was okay to watch. Though the original was miles better. |

Concussion
It took willpower to watch as I'm not into football. But the subject intrigued me as I too have suffered neck & head trauma. The thought that I AM in the group to potentially develop CTE is not nice... TBH it's scary |
