Maybe having the spam mails that cannot be deleted have to do with not running as much anti-virus/malware or ad-block on your phone as you do on your PC?
On my PC I run ad-block, on Mingle too. Especially on Mingle tongue2

Hi,

We apologize. I forward this issue to the i.t's and their checking it right now.

Keith

Thank you! It seems to be a bit faster again.

Hmmm, good point. I don't have it on my phone at all. slaphead

Guess I don't know how to run the ad-block, on either! I have anti-virus on my laptop, just not my phone. I'll figure it out and do that.

Thanks Crystal

Yes, Thank you Keith! I was able to access my messages on the full site this morning with no problems and it's a bit quicker too.

And I just checked my phone, the ads are gone from my inbox on the mobile site.

Thanks so much!

I'm using adblock ultimate in waterfox on my desktop pc. I never see ads on m2, ever. In my detection graphic it says it blocked 2 ads on this page.

On a pc, you just install adblock and it automatically runs (depends on which browser you're using and how you have your internet options set in your control panel. The only time you need to mess with it is if you want to disable it to view a page. Those controls are in a rt click (context menu) on the browser icon or thru the extension options.

I am not sure about android apps on a phone? I never use my phone to view the internet.

Thanks Tom!

It doesn't seem to be a problem on my laptop, I have windows 10 so I imagine it's already installed and working.

And I don't have a problem on my phone with pop ups, so never really thought about ad-blocker. The ads are showing up in my Mingle mailbox. The disappeared this morning but now they are back. That's the only place I'm getting unwanted ads.

I don't get ads in my M2 mailbox (message center)
I get spam in my spam filter in my account email.
I don't normally open mail unless its from someone contacting me personally.
When I get alerts, I go to the site and check the message center.
I get normal fishing scams here but I delete those.

When you click on an ad or open a spam email it gives the sender confirmation of an active account and it causes more. If you see an ad you might be interested in, don't click it.
Search it and go to the site or read some reviews.
Once you give them your IP address, they have it, sell it and you are then a prime target.

Now it's back to being painfully slow between pages.
