I imagine so My sons are in Michigan, I haven't seen them in a while. My youngest visited me in the Keys last year.

If I get the Mackinac Island job I'll be real close by so will be able to spend some time with them.

Yes, I thought about the possibility of working on the Island for the six months, then going somewhere else for a few months and have a couple off. That would be cool. But I prefer to spend the winter months living in the area my sons are in and going out elsewhere for the summer.

The Island is very expensive, so as far as activities there really aren't any that wouldn't cost a lot of money. Hiking is about it. Not sure if there's a beach, I don't remember.

There aren't a lot of positions in that area though for the winter months.

Delightful, yes. I have an interview with the owners of the Bed & Breakfast place on Mackinac Island on Tuesday. One of the Ranches here in Colorado wants to speak with me as soon as her laryngitis clears up.

I have quite a few more that I sent out yesterday, and one today that's in Maine. It's on Sebago Lake, really nice lodge.

Thanks Delightful I'm sure something will come up, things always work out one way or another. And I'm picking places I would want to visit and the kind of work I'd like to do, so whatever shows up I know I'll be happy with it.

If all else fails, I'll stay where I am. So I'm not really desperate where I have to take anything that's offered. At least not yet, lol.
