You're welcome Eric Yuck, lots of mud then right? I don't mind rain or snow, but the wind gets to me. Especially if it's cold or a damp coldness to the air.

not too much mud it's been warm and dry long enough that the evaporating snow has already dried out. but yeah raw windy and wet is the order of the day. yuck

what size is it stu pontoons do real well up here 91 Godfrey 24' w/ 125hp Force (slight problem child) But you know I have to see if I can fix it first..

Not long term, just seasonal. I'm not interested so much in long term right now because I don't know where I want to live yet on a year round basis. I'll be sending out a few more applications today.
