Can't they be habit forming? Is it healthy to form your life around your iPhone, computer, labtop, tablet, or any other gadget? Communicating on-line , and or gaming can be your idols.

too much of ANYTHING is not good for you!!
too much sunshine, and you will burn yourself... too much water, and yo will drown... too much air,and you will hyperventilate, and pass out... too much food, and you will develop health problems.... why should 'gadgets' be any different? you should build your life around YOUR LIFE!!! i am not saying that gadgets cant be A PART of your life, but if you make them the ONLY part of your life,or even the MAIN part of it,then you are doing yourself a disservice, and missing out on the OTHER THINGS that life has to offer. |

If it was not for gadgets we would be back in the Stone Age...
It all has to do with moderation with some of the gadgets like phones, internet ect... Myself gadgets make life much easier just don't get so involved with them that they keep you from interacting with others face to face.. |

I have an aversion to talking on the phone, but like texting just fine. Never into 'gaming' either. I loved bein in the arcade however. good times. I have an android and Im sure I dont even know all the things it can do for me, but dont really care either (or I would probly know). No interest in upgrading since what I have does what i need it to do. Im surrounded by folks all up in arms about whatever new device is out. Dunno whats wrong with me. i'm not sure klc but i bet they have a test you can take to find out. |

Mobile phones can be helpful in emergency cases. But to 99% they are plain annoying
