It is sad when a church family or any other turn their back on a child for things they cannot change.

......I felt pained that my sister was used and dumped . But as a family we supported her and she had the baby.we knew a child no matter the circumstances surrounding the conception is a gift from God.
The boy is a high school senior now-the only one with mom now-everyone had left home.

I feel it sad that so many who insist life be born, are so eager to turn their backs on it once it's here.

Well,as a family then we attended a holiness preaching church. If a serving minister's child misbehaved -he/she is suspended(relieved of his church duties) and asked to go and fix their family. The principle was that you should first serve your home well before the church of God.

Oh, I see. It would be understandable IF it was only a type of temporary 'suspension' to fix home and come back.

Yep,my late dad was suspended and reinstated after the baby was born.

I think there should be a national debate for men to always use protection....even triple protection...Stop putting the responsibility of bringing children into the world solely on women. Men take back your rights and simply do not donate your spirit foolishly. Simply remove it from the equation, because Men, its our body too...Dont give life away to have it thrown out.

not to mention that parenting a child is not known to become fatal, like STDs, pills dont prevent disease.

Totally disagree with you regarding aborting a life because you've been raped .. It's NOT your judgement to make that call to murdering an unborn child. Many will be honored to adopt and give that child a life. Women use rape an an excuse and people need to realize a woman's body when pregnant doesn't have that right to MURDER a child it's simply selfish and EVIL!

Every woman has to answer for her own decisions, whether it is a abortion or whatever. Killing innocent babies is murder. Many millions have been slaughtered for many years! So sad. Judgement is coming! Children are a gift from God.

When we got there, i told him i won't abort it he told me straitway that he would deny the child so with fear i agreed to abort my baby. I must confess, i am still regretting till now asking myself why did i do it? i should have been proud of my child now but am still empty without marriage and without child. I pray the Lord forgive me and hear my cry. dear yellowrose, be happy that you have your Child in your arms is a special blessing from God. imagine those women looking for child and couldn't and the end of the day some buy sperm of 1000$ or more in order to get pregnant without knowing their father. I can't judge others. That is God's job. We all can be forgiven and have done things in our life that need forgiveness, for many things.

I, also, know that I can't judge another for what they are going through just because I took a different option. It was very hard. I won't judge others
