I wonder if anyone here had any success with the mutual match feature
|

I wonder if both parties did really click the heart or profiles are randomly matched
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
not really randomly matched ss the first you see match your basic search parameters
i honestly think you would see all members who fit except distance. if you go thru enough of them. but if i matched you i would get forced to the top of the list of peeps you would see next time you were clicking yes no maybe |

Only once when I first joined and wasn't a part of the forums. And twice when there was a glitch in the system about a year ago. Actually that glitch was what brought me to the forums to find out what the problem was.
But no one from the forums has ever matched with me

Awww, thanks sis, now if we can get the guys to mutual match us, that would be better  
I actually have over 7,000 likes, just no mutual matches where I've clicked on the likes as well. Since we can't see who likes us if we aren't premium members, I've clicked on match with a few here in the forums and that's how I found out no one matched with me. |

You were one of the ones I clicked yes to a few months back, so I guess they don't always show up in your match search. |

well i'm not sure how far the top a match gets. that part i got from the match details mingle put up. so the distance might still factor in.if there are closer profiles i haven't played match with yet. and like everything else a premium member will get preffered billing.

I'm a premium member, check today and see, I just clicked yes on you again. So maybe it does have to do with distance.
Although when I first signed up I was a premium member too and a lot of the ones that showed up were from far away, even when my preferences were narrowed down. |

Hhhmm that’s an idea there but I don’t have a search here in the mobile app sis... They didn't show up in search or on the mutual match game, I went into their profiles and clicked "match" with them, and the match game came up to give me the option to say yes. |

If someone in mutual match doesn't match your search, criteria, it's because that member clicked match with you themselves
There are 2 ways members show up on your mutual match 1. Based on your search criteria 2. Members can go to another's profile and use the match with him/her button |

Thanks yellowrose. So if I click "yes" on someone, then there's a greater chance of me showing up in their match search?

and it looks like distance is playing a greater part p i just ran thru about 20 and all were from about the same area maybe 3 different towns and you weren't there
|

You would show up if you match their search criteria (unless you match them yourself) If you check out another's profile, there is a button that says match with him/her. As far a saying yes, you both have to say yes. I think of someone manual matches you, that is an automatic yes on their part Did I answer the question? Lol I hope I am making sense |

I didn't show up in his search, he had to do the same, go into my profile and click match with me and then yes. He's been my only actual "Mutual Match" but on purpose rather than through playing the game. Oh and yes, you answered my question, thanks! |

I have my distance set at anywhere, I'll change it and see what happens. |
