Actually didn't need it. There had been so many complaints, the manager spoke with her right away and she's on a week probation to straighten up.

And I had a chance to speak privately with my boss for a little coaching on working with younguns in a more effective way and a way that would preserve my sanity.

We had a staff meeting later today that went very well. A few of the issues concerning food handling and the health standards I had mentioned were brought up. So over-all, it was a very good and productive day.

Nothing I didn't already know. But getting the support and knowing that I will be backed up if they start their silly nonsense at the register when we have guests, helps a lot.

A couple of them have their friends come in and they stand around the register gabbing and laughing for a really long time, it drives me nuts, especially when we have customers, which is why we're there, to take care of the customers.

It was stated today that it's not allowed and there will be reprimands if it happens again
