Do any of you ladies wear a ring (on your left ring finger) as a means of deterring guys from hitting on you?

Yes, I have. The biggest reason why is because the ring happens to be a small diamond that was my grandmother's. Although the ring was fit for the right hand, my knuckle size changed on that hand and it will only now fit on the left hand.

The ONLY men that detures are the GOOD men. The slimeballs will hit on anything, whether she has a ring or not.
One thing I wish some women would do is WEAR A RING WHEN YOU ARE FREAKIN MARRIED!!! If I see a woman i am attracted to, the FIRST place I look is on her left hand to see if she has a ring. If she has one, I would never approach. But if she does not have a ring, I may go up and say hello. So just saying from the "good guy" point of view, the only thing a ring will do, if she is married or not, is keep the "good men" from approaching. |
