I told you to get a butterball. Well now you don't have to worry about it. But the butterballs are hard to mess up. And if you use a baking bag, they are less likely to burn or get dried out. A timer helps too!

      Bummer! I'm not sure how well it would work on a grill though. I guess it can be done, they roast pigs on the open fire. 
 
  Hey, there's an idea    Your BBQ doesn't have to be big enough. Just rig something up so it can hang over the fire and have it rotate.
