God permit to get sex with a temporary wife to safe both of the couple. So it is not heck as you think. It is called Mutah marriage in Iraq, sigheh in Iran, urfi in Egypt and Tunisia and misyar marriage in Gulf countries.
Getting sex with unmarried friend, without the formula of words that make the agreement legal is a big sin in all religions.
To avoid sin, man can agree with an unmarried, widow or divorced woman to a temporary marriage then they can start a permanent marriage.

I think all prophets are truthful, so I am referring to verses from both the Quran and the Bible

Lol, I guess I'm going to hell with you and others as I've always been sexually intimate with partners and I've never been married. Sorry if I offend anyone but the big guy upstairs doesn't enter my thoughts when I'm cuddled up at night with a partner. I don't have a religious bone in my body.

From a biblical perspective, it is a sin because boyfriend and girlfriend relations are not supported and God will judge whoremongers and adulterers. Thusly, being in a relationship without marriage is whoremongering and having been married and having intercourse with several partners is also a sin.

Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

Note: the bed undefiled means that whatever sex is practiced in the bedroom is lawful. Venereal diseases are part of that judgment.
