Some have said that being alone is good. It does have it's benefits sometimes. If u are alone u don't have to answer to anybody. However, if u are with somebody u have a friend to help u find the answers to life's questions.

It's only lonely if you let it be. Just because you don't have one special someone is no reason to be lonely, and no one person has the answer's to life's questions. Takes all kinds to know those, think ya may be better off having lots of friends for that. And what do ya know, it's a sure fire cure for loneliness too, and may ultimately lead you to what you are looking for. Just my opinion. Good luck

You know if one really thinks about it just because one has a partner does not mean they are not lonely. I have seen couples that have no ideal about the person they are with and are just as lonely as one that is by themselves.
So just because you have someone to walk the same floor in now way does it mean you will never feel lonely. I may be alone but due to my friends I'm never lonely.
