You can't tell?
It was minus a landlord, which is no great surprise and why I was smart not to go before the inspection. I have to wait for the results of the inspection, that didn't really go well! The guy acted like there wasn't anything wrong with the place. Even though two inspectors prior to him deemed it uninhabitable, the ones that took care of my sister's inspection. 
Oh and the washer turns on! |

It will probably all turn out okay, but might take a while. Would have went a lot smoother if a certain somebody had shown up like she was supposed to!
But that is way too much to ask, at least it's done and I will just have to wait and see, and hope and pray for the best. |
