And no, the washer doesn't run. Of course it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that after sitting in 5 feet of water for several days, it probably wouldn't.

Guess that's my fault though for not checking it. My niece's inspector just looked at hers and said it's no good. Her's actually didn't run to begin with.

Absolutely no help at all, he's way too busy to even discuss it. He said it turned on. To call FEMA and talk to them. And he hung up on me.

Can't wait for the survey they send me!

He did and it's already in the system, I checked 30 minutes after he left.
