You have probably increased in muscle mass due to increased usage of your leg muscles. Make sure you get balanced exercise for all your body so that you don't look disproportionate in your overall appearance.
Increased exercise increases muscle density, mass and tone. Fat usually decreases with even exercise over time. Water weight decreases through exercise dehydration, but increases again after rehydration, so water weight fluctuates. Used to do a lot of running and other exercise, the thing is with the body your always playing a game of balances, anything you change physically affects everything else. More exercise, you need more water, more protein for your muscles, increased sugars for energy, so on and so forth, depending on the type of activity your doing. |

Exercise tones muscles sis..
But just an advice.. we need to change our exercise every after 3 months becuase our body will become adaptive to that .. we need to challenge our body and mind always |

May be genetics But exercises known as isometrics have the leg not get bent while tensing the muscle prevents the muscles strands that make up the muscle from bunching also a good diet that has no sugar is good

I have larger legs - especially the calves. For me, it's genetics. My dad has big legs, too. Naturally muscular. Doesn't matter how much diet or exercise I do (and I do a lot - love to workout); the calves are always the same.

I hope you girls are aware that by prematurely building up your booty, you are going to be stuck with the big bottom that most older mature women dread having.
The only remedy is to consult a reputable personal trainer, with lots of references, and give up driving your automobile. Start walking, a lot of walking, seriously a whole lot of walking till you can't stand it any more, like long distance runners. But every day. Especially when you grow to bitterly hate walking, then you know you're starting to make progress, and you're also going to wear out a lot of athletic shoes, so don't waste your money on the fashionable pretty ones. Take your doge for protection, they will love you more for taking them along. If you got plump kids, having a mom along to nag them on, helps them to keep focused on being attentive with their own health. But don't make them walk as much as you will be walking, it might be interpreted as torture and child abuse. A good tread mill in front of a good sized flat screen monitor may be a sensible investment, so you can keep up with current events, work a job by remote, watch daytime tv other people miss out on, binge watch favorite visual media entertainments while you put in the miles at home. So you can get off to attend to other important responsibilities. Don't fall for the Big Booty scam, and you won't be trapped with a granny bottom for the rest of your life. Good luck girls! |

How often do you do leg weights? How many sets and how many reps do you do of each weight? What is your typical week exercise? And what order? (I.e. weights, running, rest or running, weights, rest)
