Gonna take a couple days off probably. Try again Wednesday. Supposed to cool off nice starting Thursday. Gonna be a nice weekend. Seriously thinking about camping, but maybe not. No one to get mom's stuff if I do. I'd have to drive back each morning. So idk... sure is gonna be nice though. That would be nice. It's been a while since I've gone camping. What about Brian or Julie, would they help out getting your Mom's stuff? Nah, I wouldn't ask them... it's my responsibility. All my camping gear is buried in the back of Ria's shed anyway. Be a major PITA to get it out... it'd be different if the pontoon was operational.. |

You may find them beautiful too when you actually see them.. granted, stripe and hybrid aren't the best looking. Large mouth and small mouth bass are much nicer looking.. |

Yes, those are cool looking. I caught a small mouth bass when I lived in Michigan. I think...which ones are the smaller? I don't know, it was one or the other, lol. And a long time ago.
Oh, and I agree, they look different when they are in front of you, rather than in a picture. |

Both can get big... it's how far back their jaw goes that determines the name.. we also call small mouths "bronze backs"..

Okay, pretty sure it was a small mouth one then. It was 10 years ago, so all I really remember is it was a bass.

I don't have any pictures on phone of a smallie, don't catch to many of them. They like rocky points a lot.

I've got to start looking for a new prop for the boat. I took a chunk out of a blade last winter and noticed tonight all the blades are getting beat up from landing on the islands and the prop hitting rocks when the waves come. I've got to get the motor shallow water lock working.

I like trout, especially when it's smoked I never can keep them lit to smoke them... I love fly fishing for them, but again, they go back.. we have kept some in the past, but again, winds up being more of a hassle |
