mingles2 is truly a rough place. i met friends talk with them then their deactivated never to hear from them again try 8 months of texting phone talking and mingles2 then no response when i tried to contact them. many people say what they are but really are not. looking for a soulmate , looking for a partner, they keep looking but love is more of a feeling that you cannot be without that person in your life very very difficult to do that over cyber space. don't be discouraged just pull your socks up and keep going. thanks ill wear my knee high socks and my pyjamas and roll up my sleeves again...

It is always hard when you fall for someone and it doesn't turn out how you expect .. .. spend time laughing with friends .. it is the best remedy .. there are always new men popping up ever day .. I am sure someone will grab your attention .. 1) live for yourself,love yourself..the world is sheet(replace e's with I), all humans except you are morons. 2) our existence in the universe is insignificant...from dust to dust~ 3)never think/care about others~ As for changing glasses stuff....hmm....idk why don't u try half frame glasses/ rimless ones.....and give a cold look as if you're gonna burn someone just by looking.... it'll kinda give u a sacred charm prolly~ |

And, I am the new guy in Forums. Years spent on Mingle ditching the scammer "girls" that show up. You have been all over this place and then....just a day or so ago....Gone. Then I made comment of you being gone and you answered...You are here. Seems you are on the "Fence" deciding what/where to go. When things aren't working out for me and I have tried modifications to still be at Big Brick Wall.....Time to move on. If you did leave Mingle you would be greatly missed....I know that. |

What a tangled web we weave for ourselves. You can't find confidence in another. You must find it within yourself. The first step is to truly see yourself as you are, not as you wish. Once you meet yourself and start understanding yourself you can start loving yourself. After all, it is always you. Once you start to love yourself as you are you will find that what others think of you just isn't as important as it once was. Sure, you still want to fit in but you won't be forcing yourself to live up to others expectations of who you should be. You will live up to your own expectations and that can be down right easy. Because they are your expectations. People tend to over analyze, over compensate and put merit on things that shouldn't really matter. Find what is important to you and work on that, no matter what anyone else tells you. Its your life. |

People tend to over analyze, over compensate and put merit on things that shouldn't really matter. Find what is important to you and work on that, no matter what anyone else tells you. Its your life. ok maybe one or two go a bit overboard .. but perhaps they really do know it all
