Every time I hear or read someone trotting out that old "age is just a number" line, I think of all the other "is just a " things people could also say. Species is just a label, too.
How much money such people have is just a number too, but I'd bet they'd balk at having to hand all of it over to someone else. |

Toody, I get what you're saying, I think. When I'm feeling the affects of aging, it is annoying when others tell me you're as young as you feel. I'm guilty of saying the same thing though, to myself and others. I refuse to think of myself as getting old. I just wish my body would cooperate and stop giving me the aches and pains that can come with aging.
