I haven't read a lot of what's been said, but if you two are just going to meet up and hang out and get to know each other, I don't see a problem with that if you think you might dig her, but if it's like meet and as soon as you meet you guys are dating, yeah that's a little fast.

I though I knew what love felt like but then she cheated on me. It hurt. That was in 1985 and only now I've decided to come back to the dating scene. Although I've had 2 one night stands one in 1987 and another in 1995 but the ladies in those one night stands were the only ladies I had sex with. Maybe that's why my ex cheated because I was being a good boy with no sex till marriage. Maybe she wanted sex. I don't know nor do I care what she was feeling back then. Maybe that's why I professed my love to the lady I met here at JSH but I came to my senses and told her friends only till we meet in person and then decide if after the meeting we have some decent chemistry together. Then we will decide if any relationship is to be.

Why cannot one love someone, for who they are?

Before you say that is different and give me 9 million reasons why, and quote hormones and all sorts of other rational reasons why that cannot be so...
