“Not Meant To Be”


You can love someone with all your heart.
But at times that is not enough and they will part.
Life does not always turn out like it should.
And love does not always last for good.
When we think things will last.
Before we know it’s in the past.
It leaves us to wonder.
When did everything go under?
We did not even see.
This is the way it was going to be.
It happens so fast.
It hits you like a blast.
Then will leave you in dismay.
Trying to figure when did it go astray.
And is there a way to fix it.
But then in the end we must admit.
It was just not meant to be.
And finally we must agree.
That it is time to move on.
After all is said and done.
The love that you thought had come your way.
It was not meant to stay.

What is meant to be will be, far too often relationships flounder because the two people involved may not be at the same level of maturity at the same time. Sometimes in life at times what we thought was meant to be was not after all we just need to learn to heal and move on in life dont let lost love get you in a rut for surely you can see they have as well moved on. Therefore we do need to do the same.
