It takes time and practice. Start with a mannequin, then work up to a plastic woman.. then go to Starbucks and try with a real woman. Expect to get slapped in the face at first.. that's normal. after awhile it doesn't sting anymore and you just walk over to the next woman and try again

Work on finding a way to talk that you can relax while doing. best way to practice and learn: talk to people who you are NOT attracted to, of both sexes and all ages. Once you can comfortably talk to any stranger and remain relaxed, you will be more easily able to talk to the women you ARE attracted to, by behaving the same way that you've practiced.
