Marriage is the closest thing to Heaven or Hell you will experience on earth.

If you want a mate who respects you, you've got to respect yourself. A lasting relationship requires commitment, no matter what. You have to go into it expecting highs and lows. Do not worry about before. What's done is done. (let it go) Focus on the present. It will make your future.

Our pastor said once that we come into this world needing a "whack" on the bottom to breathe so we can grow.... sometimes in life we become stagnant... unhappy.... and sometimes that "whack" on our bottoms give us that moment of clarity to help us breathe so we can grow more...
