I work at viracon fabricating architectural glass for contractors all over the world...today at work my boss comes up to me and a guy i work with and says "i need you two to move some glass" and we figured whatever, ok....so we get to the glass and we look at it and figure it weighs probably about 200 pounds....no big deal, we do that all the time. so we lift it up to move it to the frame next to the one it's already on and it slips right out of our hands and shatters...well, most of it shattered, about 100 pounds of glass felt the need to wait until it hit my back to shatter...(i assumed the "duck and cover" position when it started to break) so now the whole right side of my back from my shoulder to my butt is bruised and cut to hell, no stitches needed tho...it turns out that piece of glass weighed a little over 500 pounds....and because i'm the one that tried to lift it i have to get a U.A. (which i'll pass) and an investigation....screw work...how was your day?

Hey Josh My day was pretty good. I stayed home today! But Monday is going to stink. On my new job training. Now I hear there short two people and want me to come back for a few days because no one else knows how to do it. They wouldn't let me stay there because they couldn't afford to pay me my wages for that job. I warned them it was going to be a mess when I left. So now they want me back. If I can I'm going to say sorry no way! We'll see what happens. Oh I did get a $1.09 raise. yeppie

I just quit my job this week, or at least tried to. Facing an investigation as well 'cause I hurt my arm, can't type normally. They found out I typed some **** on line and are using that to say I'm faking my injury despite a ton of Dr's notes verifying it. Yah, typing critical info in accurately during life or death situations is the same as hunt and peck blogging for fun. WTF!!! Been there almost 10 yrs too. Sick of the ****. Time for a new path in life. Gotta go back Tuesday and make it official, so yah....screw work!
