Me personally, I'm tired of casual dating. The going out with one woman after the other is losing its appeal. Sometimes I feel like a bank that many are coming to and making withdrawals. But they never put anything back. I'm not just talking about money. It's not only draining the wallet. I'm talking about emotionally, physically and mentally. For me, it is losing its luster. To me, it's like a gold plated turd. Looks really good on the outside. But when you examine it closely, All you have is shiny sh..... Well, you know.:flowers flowers flowers flowers

If you date someone you don't find attractive in any romantic way, then it could be just lust, or you just see them as nothing more than one of the "Boys" or "Girls" that is, as a future friend.

I believe most people do date because there is a romantic interest, that begins with casual dates and "maybe" leads to something more serious in the longer term. It is bad news in my opinion, when one person sees a date as maybe leading to something serious in a romantic way, and the other person sees the date completely differently from the beginning but says nothing. If you know it's never going to be a serious relationship then it needs to be said upfront in my opinion, because it's wrong to lead somebody up the garden path so to speak.

Nothing wrong with Casual Dating - better to get a feel for someone and see if there's a click before thinking about any kinda commitment - and both of you know where you stand so no heartbreak if it don't work out

Does anybody do casuel dating anymore ? Is anyone even interested in casuel Romance ? I'm curious. Casuel should come before making a commitment. Jumping right into a full blown relationship is the making's for a disaster. Old school,, test the water first before jumping in. We're all adults so don't be afraid to talk about the intimate things so lines aren't crossed. Comments ?

why in the world would a woman want to talk about intimate things with a "casual" relationship??
if men would stop thinking with only their lower extremities, then maybe they would find more women interested in knowing them and then taking it to the next level
some of us girls are not the girls every man wants
but at least we are not the girls every man has had

try it now with me

Yes, But the great majority of men don't look at it that way. Casual dating = casual sex. Really, It's that way with a lot of people. Men and women.

.. totally can relate to some of what you're saying... at first it's nice and casual.. relaxed and fun... but then somehow the thought of a deeper relationship.. Creeps in.. ie)I really like this person we get along.. we get each other.. they give you all the right signals.. like they want more..the same as you..
But as soon as you step up to the plate.. to show you're willing to commit more to them...ohh my god!!..
Now all the sudden they start pulling away... some people just don't know what they want.. or when they have a good thing in front of them..yup..lol
