Well, I've recently decided to "start again." So far, I'm just doing some intro level Tai Chi, but I plan on adding resistance training and yoga in the future.

every single day!!! alternating days on the heavy bags....when the weather is nice rock climbing subs for the weights...do what works for u....gradual and don't up ur weight too quickly. good luck in ur efforts...the better shape ur in the better u will look and feel. a healthy body is a happy body....so corny but so true

I am. I put on the Richard Simmons tape ( and same shorts) and go to it.

I always workout at home because I know I will not go to a gym, its kind of a time thing for me.

I exercise at home. Nothing strenuous.

Not exactly a 'home' workout, but I took up bicycling a few months ago. Google Mapped some routes around where I live, and it's been a blast so far, especially the routes that are hilly. Great way to enjoy being outside.
The only downside is I have to keep my head on a swivel, no bike paths and the locals are horrible drivers lol. Still a blast though. |

I'm sure that home workout is necessary even though you attend gym, yoga classes, gigong etc. twice or three times a week.Body should be kept in a bit of austerity, in that case it becomes strong, healthy and good looking. Good practice for everybody :)))

Yes,I try and work out every day,work out what I am going to eat-drink-smoke-how to avoid exercise.

I'm waiting for the machine that they just strap you into and it mechanically works your entire body out, regardless of what you want.
Forced workout. Just make sure you have someone around to stop the power should it go into warp drive. |
