That is cool .. I might like to talk to him ., I have a special interest in Ayurvedic recipes .... have been experimenting with ghee .. some of the ancient recipes are wonderful.

Have you tried mountain biking pumpi ., some of the tracks the men do are not for me ., laughing . But with the right track it is adrenaline charged

I do actually have a mountain bike. But I haven't tried any tracks, that sounds fun though.
