Every body deserves second chances ..
But not for the same mistakes.. |

I don't

Not necessarily. ..at least not on a personal basis. If someone was a woman beater before, I won't give him that chance. Many more examples out there

Depends on how bad the offense was.

stupidity is more appropriate than insanity....

depends on the strength of ur feelings towards that person.
you may even not stop to think of giving a second chance or you may give a second chance after a big mistake like cheating. at least that is what i think for myself. |

No.
It's like my great grandmother use to say "If you were so sorry you wouldn't have done it in the first place!" Besides there are a lot of good people out there that don't even get a first chance. |

Every body deserves second chances .. But not for the same mistakes.. I agree |

I try not to.....

depends on what was done. Cheating ? no. Lying ? no. I think that most people forgive, but don't forget.

But not for the same mistakes.. No one "deserves" anything. Whether or not you "give" someone a second chance is your personal selfish choice. Giving someone a second chance doesn't make you a "good" person or mighty altruistic social justice warrior of peace and love. If you stick around and they keep making the same "mistake" over and over again, then you simply become ever more responsible for not helping them keep from making the mistake. Little different than the Einstein theory regarding doing the same thing but expecting different results. People that make the same mistake over and over and over again may not be doing the same thing in the first place, they could very well believe they are changing all sorts of things and getting the same result. |

This is very relative to what the mistake was, and who we are talking about.
