Since Anonymous is everyone and everywhere, I'm sure there are members of the collective watching over this site as well?

There are moderators and admins that enforce forum rules I know that. I'm not saying Anonymous should do the moderators job. I'm just wondering if there are because they'd be a popular topic for this forum section.

Guess I am not sure what you mean. Everyone is able to to report things. Are you talking about here or the internet in general? Let me put it this way: I'm not asking them to look out for people on here, I'm asking if there are members on here to talk to. I'm not an Anonymous fanboy, but I do think they're cool people because of what they do.
